1. Scope of Services

Iconic Event Management (IEM) provides specialized operational support including, but not limited to, high-volume access control, artist compound management, and perimeter integrity logistics. All services are rendered according to the specific Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed with each client.

2. Operational Liability

While IEM maintains the highest standards of safety and operational excellence, we are not liable for event cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by:

• External vendors or third-party contractors not directly employed by IEM.
• Severe weather conditions or "Force Majeure" events.
• Directives from municipal agencies, fire marshals, or local law enforcement.

3. Intellectual Property

Iconic Event Management retains all rights to our proprietary operational strategies, staffing deployment models, and internal training protocols used during the execution of any event.

4. Cancellation & Termination

Termination of services must adhere to the notice periods outlined in your specific contract. Late cancellations may incur staffing retainer fees to cover deployed resources.
